Which one of these 100$ C++ textbooks should I buy?

I am a begginer( well not absolute begginer ) in programming C++ , I know some stuff about functions and scopes and also simple variable types and cin%26gt;%26gt; and cout %26lt;%26lt; in std and also if statements loops , loops and logical operations and right and left value and some other stuff but I actually cant make any useful and practical programs yet, in order to develop my skills and abilities I want to buy one of these text books , and according to the reviews that I read in amazon.com and other websites, these books seem to be good, but I need advice before I make my decisions, for budget reasons I dont have sufficient funds to buy both of these 100$ textbooks so please tell me which one is better for me, I need a textbook which teachs me the concepts of C++ RIGOROUSLY and CLEARLY , and has good examples and EXERCISES, if you have both of the textbooks ( you son of a Rich ! ) or you have borrowed the books and know what they are like please tell me which one is the best for me .

Which one of these 100$ C++ textbooks should I buy?
I don't know either of those books personally, but I would be surprised if they contained anything you can't now find on the web. I've bought expensive textbooks in the past only for them to be shelved as I use a combo of the web + trial %26amp; error.
Reply:for a book on programing in C ..."Absolut Begginers Guide To C" is pretty good and straight forward..i love it
